About me

I am a psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Vilnius University, where I am currently completing my PhD.

I gained experience through an internship at the Vilnius City Mental Health Center, by working at the Republican Center for Addiction Disorders, and, since 2018, through private psychological practice both in Lithuania and internationally.

Since 2021, I have been a member of the Vilnius University Center for Research in Developmental Psychopathology. My research interests include personality functioning, mentalization, and traumatic experiences.

Since 2022, I have been teaching in both the bachelor's and master's degree programs in psychology at Vilnius University.

I provide consultations on a variety of issues, including interpersonal relationship difficulties, personality functioning problems, emotional and anxiety-related challenges, grief, burnout, and stress. I have considerable experience working with clients from various countries. I also provide consultations to clients from the LGBTQ+ community.

Everyone experiences difficulties at some point in their lives, whether due to a change in circumstances, a painful experience, or unresolved recurring problems. Psychological counselling can help bring a sense of authorship back into everyday life and enrich it with a deeper understanding of one's inner world.

Willingness to understand oneself is a sign of strength.

In my work, I value a respectful and supportive relationship that encourages personal openness. I understand that sharing what weighs on us takes both effort and courage.

I specialize in personality functioning — helping people explore how their relationship with themselves, their sense of identity, and self-worth shape the direction of their life and their relationships with others.

Together, we work to understand the underlying causes of persistent low mood or anxiety. I also work with clients who are grieving, experiencing chronic stress or exhaustion, feeling emotionally low, or facing challenges in adapting to life changes. I also provide counseling for members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Sessions are available both in person and online.

Each session lasts 50 minutes.
